The GSA 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS) II Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is an 8(a) set-aside multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle for IT services and IT service-based solutions.

Prompt Payment Terms
